Camp Director: Keith Veney


Keith Veney, 33, is currently the CEO of Veney Management Group. VMG is a Youth empowerment company in Washington, DC managing sports clinics, basketballs camps and skill development. He works with Caron Butler, Paul Pierce, Ben Gordon and Vince Carter.

A standout athlete in his own right with a deadly long-range jumper, Veney, who graduated from Marshall University in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Counseling, starred on the Thundering Heard basketball team for four seasons amassing countless NCAA records along the way including the most 3-pointers in a college career with 409; most 3-pointers in a game (15); and most 3-pointers in a season with 135. After college, Keith played professional basketball overseas for five years in France, Israel, Iceland, Poland and the Dominican Republic. While abroad, he began "Bishop Inc.", providing individual instruction, life skills and motivational speaking for high school, college and professional athletes.

And now, he brings his love of the sport, knowledge of the game and instructional experiences with some of the world's most dominant players to young people desiring to hone their fundamental skills.
